Returns for all items excluding furniture products are free of charge and .uk aim to make the process as simple as possible.Īny furniture items which are no longer required will incur a 35% restock fee. Please also ensure that you check that the number of parcels signed for matches the number in the delivery as disputes regarding the number of parcels cannot be entered into at a later date. We require a signature for all deliveries so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Box addresses. We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland but these locations may be subject to extended delivery timescales (typically 48hrs).
